What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the city and country our hosting provider (Cloudflare) detects from your connection, the referral code of the person who invited you (if any), and the platform you arrived from (for example, TikTok). That's all. No names, no phone numbers, no location tracking.

Why we collect it

To hold your place on the waitlist, to know which cities to launch first, to credit referrals, and to email you when your city launches. We don't sell or share your email address with anyone.

What's public

Only aggregate numbers, such as how many people have joined. Your referral code appears in your own share link. Nothing that identifies you is ever shown on the site.

Where it's stored

Sign-ups are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. Emails are sent through Resend, and confirmed addresses are mirrored there so we can send launch updates. We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics.

Leaving

Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe, which also removes you from the waitlist. To have your record deleted entirely, email [email protected] from the address you signed up with.

Will I Get Fined? is an independent product built by drivers. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government, council, university, parking authority or revenue agency.
